National Institutes of Health

  • Successful in utilizing social media and resume sourcing sites such as LinkedIn, Corporate Gray, RecruitMilitary, and InDeed, in locating over 700 highly qualified candidates for NIH hiring managers.

  • Pre-screened over 1500 candidates for consideration for employment with the agency.

  • Coordinator activities and monthly meetings of the 975 members VRF, a veterans support

  • group designed to increase awareness within the NIH veteran community.

Federal Aviation Administration

  • Streamlined DVAAP reporting process with 54% increase in mandatory agency reporting with 89% of agencies followed reporting guidance while implementing 100% electronic compliance.

  • Provides direct support to FAA MSI program supporting while utilizing the pathway program as vehicle to incorporate students into the federal government.

  • Designed a federal resume tutorial which provided insight for MSI students and veterans to increase the chances of their resume reaching the desk of the selecting official.

  • Attended over 45 career fairs, college fairs, and military installation outreach events: allowing the obtainment of hundreds of leads resulting in over 40 direct appointments.
